The Secret to Studying Smarter
Listen to one of our students who completed The Art of Being Smart academic excellence coaching program.
In a 2011 survey of 1,600 University of Alberta students: "About 51 % reported that, within the past 12 months, they’d “felt things were hopeless.” Over half felt “overwhelming anxiety.” A shocking 7 % admitted they’d “seriously considered suicide,” and about 1% had attempted it. These problems aren’t unique to U of A. “It’s across all of North America,” Source: Macleans.ca (http://www.macleans.ca/education/uniandcollege/the-mental-health-crisis-on-campus/)

A Mental Health Crisis on North American Campuses
After being a university instructor for the past ten years and teaching university students how to become superior learners, I have discovered a secret that most parents and students (and many teachers) are not aware of: Achieving academic excellence at university or college is a result of having the correct mindset and following proven learning strategies to succeed NOT by spending 6-8 hours a day studying and doing homework.
Take a close look at those students who are currently at the top of their classes. Do they experience a lot of stress and anxiety? Do they stay up every night studying? Have they given up doing the things they enjoy? Do they dislike school?
The answer is "No".
Individuals who get the best grades see school differently and have a completely different set of beliefs about learning. They know how to use their minds differently. They are experts at filtering, retaining and externalizing information.
Unless your children adopt the same mindset and follow the same learning strategies as these elite students, they will always struggle at university or college... no matter how hard they work and how much they study. What is worse is that they could develop mental health problems if nothing is done today.
They will continue to lose motivation, feel frustrated, experience stress and overwhelm. Their grades will not improve and they will feel like giving up…maybe this is already happening to your children. When they graduate, they will be passed over for the best jobs, lose confidence in themselves and will have even more challenges as they get older.
A poor academic performance will affect them for the rest of their lives!
What is The Art of Being Smart?
If you allow me to coach your children, they will have their own personal blueprint to learn faster, retain more information, write papers and essays like an expert, and complete exams with a greater chance of success. I will also show your children how to develop the correct mindset about school and show them proven learning strategies that have helped thousands of students across North America to change their lives forever. They will have a permanent solution to academic excellence that will help them for the rest of their lives.
How would you like to see your child more self confident, happy and excited today?
How would things change for them if they became more motivated, stopped procrastinating and became ten times more productive?
What would it feel like to see your children obtain an "A" in every class?
Imagine the thrill of watching them receive scholarships and bursaries that range between $2,000 - $40,000 each?
Think of the amazing opportunities they would get after they graduate at the top of their class!
